Portraits, fashion, nature, abandoned places, people on the streets – last week our Instagram had it all. Let us show you our selection of beautiful photographs from all over the world.
We love mysterious places and abandoned locations. That’s why we shared with you the pictures of Andy Abelein, Ian Dooley, and Benjamin Behre.
Autumn is already here, so we’re celebrating it with Portrait photography by Leslie Zhang, Anton Darius, and Clément Percheron.
Our Nature photography selection was presented through the lens of Leio McLaren, Mat Reding, and Daniel Mingook Kim.
Thursday was dedicated to our new featured artist – Laurent Castellani. “I’m still the child who made his cabin with ferns on the island of Ré, rocked by the wind caressing the dunes, eyes wide open” – this is how Laurent describes himself. If he had to talk about his work, he would say that it’s rather dark (but not in a creepy way), and cinematographic, as if he’s trying to stop time.
Nowadays Laurent only shoots in the mornings or in the evenings. Heavily inspired by David Lynch’s work (particularly by Twin Peaks and Mulholland Drive), he sees this universe as lost in space and time; a mixture between a dream and reality. Learn more about Laurent Castellani and see the full selection of his photos here.
Red moon, red trees, and red skies were the highlights of our next trio, with photos by Kelly Sikkema, Adrian Pelletier, and Laura Vinck.
We finished the week with three of our favorite photos – a rainy Street Photography selection with the images of Josh Edgoose and Craig Whitehead.
